Position reports to: COO – BFSI

Positions reporting directly to this position: Between 4 to 6 direct Reportee’s / Team size Between 15 to 40.

Primary purpose of the position:

• Build and manage the solutions function as an independent Profit centre and achieve set Business and Revenue targets.
• Manage client relationships effectively and profitably.
• Will be conducting offshore ability assessments to support clients to migrate their jobs to India.
• Identify business strategies, new concepts and potential partners.
• Review & recommend consolidation & outsourcing activities to clients to improve revenue and/or reduce operating cost.

Essential duties / responsibilities of the position:

Routine:

• Work with clients for Scoping and Opportunity Identification exercises to identify areas for transformation potential, enhance service delivery and outline areas of potential savings

• Conduct scoping, due diligence & studies for Clients.

• Create scalable, sustainable & profitable solutions for clients.

• Meeting Potential Clients to share Co’s capabilities & discuss opportunities for outsourcing

• Develop innovative business models per specific client requirements - innovation around existing captive models

• Supporting the preparation of RFP responses/Business Proposals & Financial Projections for clients to demonstrate potential outsourcing benefits based on a right-shore approach. This involves working with cross-functional teams such as Pricing, IT, BD, Legal, functional SME`s etc.

• Preparing projected Long term P&L`s for each outsourcing project to evaluate profitability based on projected pricing & other factors (For Mid Market Clients).

• Key account management and support for existing clients

• Ability to provide strategic direction to the business.

• Deliver high on Client Expectations and Organizations revenue targets.

• Involved deeply in making proposals to these customers based on competitive benchmarking, SWOT, pricing, market feasibility assessment and revenue potential/forecasting.

• Undertake Due Diligence of client expectations, financial goals & process assessment.

• Superior skills in Market Segmentation and developing sound marketing strategies leading to maximum impact on sales.

• Build a wide network of client and Partner relationships

• Responsible for the identifying & developing New Business Partners

• Responsible for developing the Road Map for the Domestic BPO market

• Marketing / Sales Planning, strategy, lead analysis and support to US/UK sales operations

• Work with sales on building opportunity pipeline, sales leads and improving lead to closure ratio.

Client Interface

• End-to-end client accountability on all Consulting and Pre-transition assignments.

• Involved in regular interactions with prospective clients, in the form of workshops, meetings to help design win strategy for the front end sales team.

• Managing Client expectations and building strong relationships

• Manage & Follow up on issues that affect customer satisfaction

• Interact with clients to understand their requirements and deliver the same effectively

Team Management

• Measure performance of the team for e.g. performance appraisals, confirmation and ongoing feedback and training

• Build effective vertical and horizontal communication channels

• Provide efficient leadership to the team

• To be a role-model for the Team in terms of performance/ behavior/ attitude

• Formulate long term plans for the development and motivation of the team

• Nominate sub-ordinates for suitable training programs sponsored by the organization to enhance their capabilities and skill level.

• Offer cordial work environment and cohesive work relationship to the reportees to facilitate performance.

• Coach and mentor sub-ordinates by involving them in decision making

Occasional / Other duties of the position:

•Provide Domain expertise in specific Verticals.

•Support various strategic initiatives within the Company.

•Grow revenues and margins in existing large account

•Identify new opportunities and make a pitch for the same

•Leverage current relationships to promote cross selling of services.

•Migrations, Transitions & Project Management

•Spearheading all Migrations & transitions for the region – Ensuring compliance flexibility, and timeliness.

•Maintaining of flexibility in migrations to complete them on a timely basis but without compromising on controls

Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION: Post graduate from a premier B-school would be preferred

MINIMUM YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: Minimum 10 years of prior work experience in solutions or as project manager handling multiple project teams
