Maintain, Identify, develop and create a relationship with partner schools & probable partner schools, colleges Apartment complexes, state associations and sports bodies and corporate houses  for the programs, products, events and sports properties developed by the company.
Contribute as the business development manager of the company targeting schools, colleges, apartment complexes, state associations, sports bodies and corporate houses.
Plan and execute the organization’s marketing activities across all mediums to achieve agreed targets and standards for existing and new clients
Manage, motivate, assist and work with the coaching staff at each partner institution in building relationships with local sports and fitness bodies and institutions.
Coordinate implementation of marketing strategy, including advertising and PR.
Planning and implementation of sales and customer retention and development.

Required Skills/Knowledge

A passion for sports
Strong project management and event management skills, with a demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple on-going projects
Basic knowledge of Marketing, TV and digital sales, merchandising, sponsorship and communications

Leveraging relationships with existing franchisees, schools and potential new customers. Provide potential Franchisees with accurate and through information. Assist in the development and on-going revisions of all franchise related contracts

• Produce appropriate data and reports to illustrate progress make toward completing/attaining franchise sales goals. Manage and monitors progress of franchised development schedule and executes renewals, extensions and termination.
