Primary purpose of the position:

  • Specific & In-depth research work on companies, industries, personnel, markets and services.
  • Ability to navigate & search on Google, varied internet sources - both subscribed databases and free information sites, on pre-agreed criteria.
  • Answering ad hoc enquiries on a diverse range of topics whilst working under tight deadlines.

  •   Ability to use Google extensively, proficiency in random internet search.

Job Summary

Responsible for safeguarding company property & staff on company premises. Liaise with all departments within the organization, vendors as well as government bodies.

Responsibilities

1.      Select and deploy security guards in and around the office premises
2.      Conduct regular training and briefing to shift attendants and ensure implementation of Security policies and procedures

12.   Ensure timely activation and deactivation of all access cards including those of resigned and absconding employees
13.   Responsible for control and functioning of all closed circuit cameras as well as maintenance of records and documents related to them
14.   Ensure adherence to the Daily / Weekly / monthly task lists
15.   Carry out investigation to theft, pilferage & incidents and submit report to the Management for review and action
16.   Efficiently manage security supervisors, Security Command Center / BMS operators, facility attendants and shift attendants and ensure that they maintain decorum
17.   Provide refresher training to the security personnel
18.   Build effective vertical and horizontal communication channels
19.   Provide efficient leadership to the team

Job Description:

-       The Candidate must have experience in a similar role and must be good at written communication. Drafting news updates, employee initiative mails,etc

-       Possessing excellent verbal communication as he/she would have to talk to stakeholders, other departments, present views, etc

-       Run Newsletters if & when required to ensure overall consistency of corporate messages,

-       E-Bulletins – Promoting use  e-bulletins for company news updates amongst staff. Supporting the Communications SPOCs in gathering news items and in publishing the weekly bulletins if required.

-       Intranet – Develop intranet by closely working with  communications teams.

-       Overseeing the co-ordination of CEO / Client visits communications. Liaising with administration team before and after the visits, providing support and information as required.

-       Develop a regular feedback channels to promote cross communication within company locations and to ensure that messages are being delivered in a consistent and timely manner.

-       Monitor the results of the feedback to ensure continuous improvement in communications.

-       Develop knowledge and understanding of internal communication tools and techniques and how these can best be used across company locations

-       Make a measurable impact on communications through effective and engaging digital media approaches, including innovative use of social media channels, SMS and e-marketing

-       Planning, developing and implementing PR strategies

Educational Background Required:

Graduate in any stream. Post Graduation in communications/journalism/media would be preferred. But 
relevant experience will be considered too, not open to freshers. Minimum 3-4 years of corporate 
experience in internal/external communications necessary.
