Marketing Manager, Cosmetics Giant, Mumbai location


Position Title – Marketing Manager
Location – Mumbai- HO
Reporting to  - Chief Marketing Officer
Grade – M6
Location  - Mumbai

Position Summary and Organization Chart
The position is responsible for anchoring the brand mandate for a Reputed Cosmetics Giant.

Key Deliverables of the Role
  • Own and lead brand-service philosophy (emanating from the brand) with respect to tangibles on proposition and equity
  •  Create awareness of all service innovations through various mediums, such as Ads, PR, social media, activations and events to drive FF and endorsements
  • Own the brand from a physical retail space Point of view – includes retail design and visual merchandising for all formats
  • Take ownership of planning and execution for launch of new outlets pan India with a 360 degree marketing perspective.
  •  Develop and execute partner marketing programs
Tasks/Activities
• Create standard templates as well as execute launch of new outlets from strategic brand and business point of view and ensure timely and impactful launch.
• Develop and implement partner marketing programs
• Anchor the company's chain Salons presence at Fashion Weeks.
• Working with multiple partners – external (agencies) and Internal to get creatives developed and deployed for various elements of marketing
• Design salon/brand layout, look and feel, uniforms, collaterals, ambience, music, smell, sensory etc
• To co partner in building long term sustainable brand properties (existing and new)
Profile of the candidate
Educational Qualification
MBA in Marketing/Communication with 3-5 years of work experience
Previous Experience
Experience of managing Marketing/Merchandising responsibility  , exposure to digital marketing preferred

Designation: Executive/Sr Executive - HR

Role: HR - Generalist: 50% Recruitment, 20% Training & Development/ Employee Engagement , 20% Performance Management, 10% Other core HR activities including attrition analysis & knowledge of lay offs processes.

Qualification: Any Graduate with MBA (HR) or M.H.R.M.

Experience : 2-4 yrs of Experience in Core HR Activities (Recruitment, Training & Development/ Learning & Development, Performance Management & Other core HR Activities)

Job-Description
·      Sourcing, screening the profiles of candidates as per the requirement through different portals, Job portals, referrals, social media and head hunting.
·      Should have handled End to End Recruitment of both technical & non-technical positions and also have good understanding of process.
·      Preliminary screening of suitable candidates through telephonic and direct interviews through different job portals.
·      Short listing the right candidate for interview
·      Interview coordination
·      Coordinate with further rounds of interviews.
·      Lead Generation & Maintain up-to-date recruitment progress report & talent database.
·      Induction & Joining formalities.
·      To look after filing work and other regular HR correspondence etc..
·      Coordinating the smooth run of the training and employee engagement programs both internal & External in compliance with the training Calendar.
·      Coordinating yearly Performance Appraisal Process.
·      Handle core HR Activities, Process follow up, ISO documentation, filling & policy updation)
