Designation: Assistant Manager & Manager – CRM (2 A.M Openings & 1 Manager opening)

Qualifications Required:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Post graduation/MBA in Marketing would be appreciated.

Job Description:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good facilitation skills
- MS Office – PowerPoint, Excel, WorD
- Handling walkin customers and/or telephonic/Email queries at site or at the Company Head quarters.
-  Assisting Customers with proper facilitation for any requests they may have
- Making the Customer experience a delightful one.
- Passing on sales leads to the sales department.
- Experience in Customer Relationship Management for Real Estate companies for atleast 3-5 years

 Ctc  on Offer:  For Asst Manager Band: 8 to 10 lacs p.a, For Manager band: 10-12 lacs p.a

Executive Secretary - Gurgaon Opening

Desired Candidate Profile:
 
  • Graduate with at least 2+ years experience in a similar field
  • Strong MS Powerpoint, Excel, Word and Outlook skills
  • Good organisational skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Ability and willingness to learn new systems like SAP. Prior experience will be an advantage
  • Ability to prioritize and plan particularly when dealing with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience in working with C-level Executives & Director level personnel. Experience of working as an offshore support to onshore teams will be an advantage 
Job Description: 
  • Providing administrative and secretarial support for staff who are based at overseas client sites. This also involves assisting the onsite PA team in managing workload. The role will require working during client shift hours 
  • Arranging complex travel and accommodation requests. This will include arrangement of VISA’s, managing diaries & inboxes, booking meeting rooms at client sites, arranging couriers, general telephone queries etc
  • Assisting with event administration
  • Managing purchase orders & invoices
  • Preparing specified parts of deliverables e.g. reports in PowerPoint or Excel spreadsheets 

Work Days: Monday through Friday, 5 day work week. UK Timings.

Academics:  Graduate + MBA/MMS/Masters in HR

Proposed Remuneration:  Upto 8 lacs p.a
