Sr level hiring - Online Sales Specialists - BFSI Domain - Mumbai location



Hiring for:

Level / Position: Business Lead (Sr Manager + Grade)

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

Ctc Offered: Between 15 to 18 lacs p.a

Looking for: Experience in Revenue Generation in the Financial Services Industry via the E-Commerce medium, experience in Business Development (International/Domestic), Sales of Online financial/other products and/or services, P & L Accountability, Presales, Marketing, Knowledge of E-Payments/Remittance industry will be an added advantage, Understanding of Online Marketing/Sales.

Summary

Experience: 8 – 12 Years

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

Education: UG - Any graduate program considered, PG - MBA/PGDM – Marketing/International Business preferred.

Industry Type: Any industry considered but preference for BFSI

Desired Candidate Profile

Academic: Post Graduate in a Marketing + International Business Business Mgmt. program preferable

Age Limit: 28 to 35 years of age

Technology Savvy: Should have good working knowledge of Selling/Marketing on the internet, & other media but Online mainly.

Other Skills: Knowledge of consumer psychology & buying behavior, confidence in creating products that sell better/faster & are more intelligent selling capabilities in the financial services domain.

Job Description:

The primary role would be to assist in the planning and execution of the company's revenue driving initiative.

Being an integral part of the business team, the role will encompass managing a team of direct reportees, dealing / coordinating with various functions like channel sales, product, marketing, overseas distribution teams, compliance, customer service and operations.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing revenue generation avenues for Global Money transfers.
• Be responsible for revenues for a geography/ies (Country)
• Develop new revenue generation opportunities
• Generate business intelligence and analysis of the remittances industry, competition and the company’s customer behavior
• Engage with the customers for increasing mobilization via the Alternate channels, Offline distribution channel
• Strategic alliances for customer acquisition
• Co-ordinate with channels on various activities aimed at acquiring new customers
• Design, co-ordinate and manage timely launch of customer/marketing programs
• Create and manage and coordinate marketing programs that increase overall site traffic and registration. Generate regular reports that clearly interpret user behavior.

Skills:

Exposure to Sales or Business Development, e-commerce, understanding of online marketing would be added advantage.

Experience:

8 to 12 years plus in similar line of business or having exposure to the profile requirement.
Incumbent shall be moved through a cross functional rotational program to ensure familiarity with the systems.
