Asst Manager - Leadership Hiring - Mumbai Location

1>Designation: Asst Manager - Lateral Hiring

Requisite Experience:

- Leadership Hiring experience for atleast 3-5 years for industries like BPO/KPO/ITES
- Experience of having worked in Corporate Lateral Recruitment (Cvs from Executive Search Firms will be considered if the candidate is exceptional)
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Excellent track record of being a high performer (Very necessary to have expertise in leadership hiring for atleast 3 to 5 years, no freshers pls)
- Expertise in MS Powerpoint, MS Excel (Knowledge of Pivot tables is a must)

Work Days: Monday through Friday, 5 day work week.

Academics: Graduate + MBA/MMS/Masters in HR

Proposed Remuneration: Upto 7 lacs p.a

Location: Mumbai Suburbs.
