Qualification:
Any Graduate with MBA
(HR) or M.H.R.M.
Experience
: 2-4 yrs of

Learning & Development, Performance Management & Other core HR

Job-Description
·
Sourcing, screening the profiles of candidates as per the requirement through
different portals, Job portals, referrals, social media and head hunting.
·
Should have handled End to End Recruitment of both technical &
non-technical positions and also have good understanding of process.
·
Preliminary screening of suitable candidates through telephonic and direct
interviews through different job portals.
·
Short listing the right candidate for interview
·
Interview coordination
·
Coordinate with further rounds of interviews.
·
Lead Generation & Maintain up-to-date recruitment progress report
& talent database.
·
Induction & Joining formalities.
·
To look after filing work and other regular HR correspondence etc..
·
Coordinating the smooth run of the training and employee engagement programs
both internal & External in compliance with the training Calendar.
·
Coordinating yearly Performance Appraisal Process.
·
Handle core HR Activities, Process follow up, ISO documentation, filling
& policy updation)
