- Women’s western wear

Job Description:

• Manage the complete P&L for the business and overseeing overall revenues. Completely responsible for all lines of businesses.

• Manage brand independently as a profit center and achieve the business objectives through enhancement of sales and profitability

• Develop the Retail business for the brand 

• Develop new channels of sales

• Increase profitability for the brand

• Manage & oversee inventory levels

• Identify and negotiate terms with third party vendors for various marketing support activities

• Study competition products and benefits

• 15-20 years of experience of overall experience of which maximum experience should be in Fashion, Women’s apparels, Clothing Retail, etc

• Atleast 5+ years of experience in handling P&L responsibility

• 8-10 Years+ in Retail Strategy & entering new markets

• Ability to create cohesive high performance teams.

• International exposure is an added advantage though may not be relevant to the job right away.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Good people management skills

• Should have handled a retail distribution business

• Should have overlooked the management of exclusive retail store formats & other shop in shop formats

• Good relationships with existing large format retail chains
