Job Designation: Lead Generation Manager (2 positions defined in detail in A & B pointers below.)

A. Job Summary

Executive - Events : Will be responsible for calling pan corporate/ clubs/ communities/ brand festivals to introduce the COMPANY’S Events offerings & schedule appointments/ meetings with Business leads/ HR Heads/ Operations head

Executive - Sports: Will be responsible for calling pan India - schools/ educational institutes to introduce the COMPANY’S sports program & schedule appointments with Principals/ promoters/ PE Heads


B. Responsibilities

Duties - Events

To make calls to a provided database & introduce the Company’s Events Program & schedule appointments with the appropriate person for our Sales SME.
Display complete understanding of the events product & ability to customize the same to the clients need
To be able to convince the client abt the COMPANY’S USPs and novelty
To be able to create databases from the internet medium if reqd.

Duties – School

To make calls to a provided database of schools & introduce the COMPANY’S Sports program & schedule appointments with the appropriate person for our Sales SME.
Display complete understanding of the Sports program product
To be able to convince the client abt the COMPANY’S Sports USPs, importance and novelty
To be able to create databases from the internet medium if reqd.

Required Skills in Events

Excellent Communication Skills,
Ability to make a free flow conversation.
Conversant with corporate structures & operational methodology
Any candidate with experience of working in a brand/ event sales role will be preferred

Required Skills in Sports

Excelllent Communication Skills,
Ability to make a free flow conversation.
Conversant with educational systems & updated news.
Any candidate with experience of working in an educational institute/ school or experience in the field of sports will be preferred
Ability to function in a team;

Ctc on offer : Upto 4 lacs p.a depending on relevant work experience.

Desired experience: 2-4 years in BPO/Voice operations, telecalling, sales, BD, etc. Its a good opportunity for someone from BPO who is looking for complete day shifts in a non BPO without compromising on the salaries. Pl apply asap, as we have only 2 positions.

Desired academics: Graduation necessary.
