Job Description:
·         As an integral member of the all India HR Leadership team, this role contributes to the development and implementation of the HR L & D strategy and appropriate companywide training initiatives. Leads and coaches companywide teams to successfully devise, develop and implement the learning and development agenda for the company.
·         Ideally looking for someone who has done a lot of employee development, leadership development, culture trainings, behavioural trainings, etc. Looking at someone to change overall company culture via training & development of employees. To herald in an atmosphere of professionalism & 21st century work ethics & protocols enabling a world class work culture.
·         The applicant should have atleast 15 years of experience in HR (Generalist + L & D) with respectable organizations & must have handled training for all levels of employees.

Qualifications Required:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Post graduation/MBA in Human Resources / Psychology / Social Work is desirable from Tier I or Tier II MBA Institutes.

Other Experience Required:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good facilitation skills, previous experience of delivering classroom training
- Conceptual & content development skills
- MS Office – PowerPoint, Excel, Word
