Requisite Experience:

- Leadership Hiring experience for atleast 5-8 years for industries like BPO/KPO/ITES/IT

- Experience of having worked in Corporate Lateral Recruitment (Cvs from Executive Search Firms will not be considered if the candidate does not have corporate hiring experience)

- Excellent Communication Skills

- Excellent track record of being a high performer (Very necessary to have expertise in leadership hiring for atleast 5 to 6 years, no freshers pls)

- Expertise in MS Powerpoint, MS Excel (Knowledge of Pivot tables is a must)

Work Days: Monday through Friday, 5 day work week.

Academics: Graduate + MBA/MMS/Masters in HR

Proposed Remuneration: Upto 10 lacs p.a

Location: Mumbai Suburbs.
