Job Profile:  Experience in selling to the Residential real estate market (Real estate sales required only) Very Important: Must have experience & a proven track record in handling huge inventory of residential unit sales.

Profitable value/relationship building skills with the company sales teams & prospective customer bases.
Ensure exchange of information related to sales with teams & customers on a regular and continuous basis for mutual benefit.
Builder / Developer relationship: to develop contact persons at ground level who become a key source of information on up coming projects as well and one point contact for existing projects. Quality of interaction with the Associate brokers to be maintained at the highest level.

Would be a responsible for achieving the pre-defined sales targets for Projects under the guidance of the Head of Sales.
 Maintaining the database of the Leads generated & make regular follow ups with them.
 Coordinating with the interested Clients, Leads & converting them into sales.
 Maintaining good relations with corporate clients as well as individual clients.
 Prepare & Execute presentations.

 Develop a business plan & Sales Strategies that ensure attainment of individual and company sales goals and profitability.

a. Candidate should have excellent communication  & Presentation skills

b. Good Broker / Dealer Network is must

c. Candidate should possess good judgmental, problem resolution skills

d. Candidate should have sound hands on the Real Estate Industry knowledge

e. Candidate should have empathy and the ability to work under intense pressure

f. Candidate should have the willingness to adapt to a global culture and demonstrate enough sensitivity to issues on people, process and cultural fitment

Desired Candidate Profile:

Excellent written & communication skills with a strong command over English and working knowledge of the local vernacular.
At least 12 - 18 years of Experience in selling Real estate & Sales Team Management
Real Estate experience is a must. Residential real estate experience preferred.
Communication, both oral and written should be excellent, that creates a positive impact, with the ability to influence people through behavioural style to take     positive buying action.
Advanced computer skills on MS Office as well as emailing and good typing speed.
Excellent Networking skills
