Designation: AGM - Leadership Hiring (Along with Generalist HR exposure in policies & procedures)

Years of experience: 8 to 10 years atleast

Salary on offer: Upto 16 lacs p.a (Negotiable for good candidates on slightly higher salaries)

Current Salary: Should be atleast 12 to 15 lacs p.a

Education: MBA is a must from a reputed B School.

Job Profile:

· Should be able to handle all support requirements (Middle/Senior Level Recruitments for the company for various departments, pl note: these DO NOT include call center/voice HIRING,V it is only & only Middle & Sr level hiring for various departments like HR/Finance/Marketing/Business Development/Research, etc)

· Close open positions through different sourcing channels

· Excellent communication skills

· Lives in western suburbs preferably

· Prior BPO recruitment experience in leadership hiring is a must

· Post graduation is a must

· Good excel and PowerPoint knowledge

· Salary range - 12L - 16L (negotiable)

· Also should have experience in a Generalist role in corporate HR mainly having experience in – Policy development, interaction & integration with global company sites, special projects, etc.
