Sr Executive - Business Development & Presales openings, Mumbai

1) Designation: Sr Executive/Team Lead - Business Development




Key Responsibilities

• You will develop new business relationships, generate & negotiate new business for
the company in order to achieve the set targets.
• Responsible for your own lead generation and appointment setting.
• Do a strong follow up with the clients, in order to get the business from them.
• Actively and successfully manage the sales process: lead generation; credentials pitch;
asking questions; solution pitch; negotiation; close; handover to the Operations team.
• Create and be accountable for all client proposals, contracts and any further
documentation, following The company procedure.
• Responding to tenders and requests for information in a timely manner.
• Conduct a post delivery feedback activity to understand the client satisfaction & take
corrective actions if required.
• Ensuring The company remains proactive and responsive to prospective clients.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate/Post Graduate from a reputed institute
• 3 - 6 years of cold-calling and international B2B sales experience. Experience of closing
deals on calls will be preferred.
• Should be comfortable working in European/US shifts
• Possess drive, motivation and acute attention to detail in ensuring all sales
opportunities to The company are captured and explored.
• Ability to deliver a tailored sales process to achieve targets / KPI’s by generating leads,
asking probing questions, using most appropriate features & benefits based on clients
needs and matching with a tailored solution.
• Ability to identify new business opportunities using relevant research tools / sector
specific targeting and cold calling.


Experience : 3 yrs – 6 yrs(Relevant Experience)
Location : Powai, Mumbai, India
Salary Bracket : 4 Lacs p.a to 5 Lacs p.a + Performance based Incentives

Salary depends on the experience and performance in the interviews. However, its
negotiable for exemplary candidates.


2) Designation: Sr Executive/Team Lead - Presales

Key Responsibilities:

Creating and managing lists of prospects across Aranca’s various target client segments
Contacting client prospects (cold calls,mails,etc) and making the initial pitch for Aranca’s
services
Making appointments for onsite sales team
Systematic follow up with each prospect
Deliver personal targets of lead generation in a specified service offering or geography
Candidate Profile:
Must be a graduate from a recognized university.
Top notch analytical and communication skills
Self starter and highly motivated
Experience in international B2B calling preferably Europe and USA will be an added
advantage.
Willingness to work as per US shift timings

Experience : 2 yrs – 4 yrs

Location : Mumbai, India

Salary Bracket : Upto 4.5 Lacs p.a + 50k Night shift allowance (Only for US Presales role)+ Performance based Incentives + Drop facility
