Position : Sr. Technical Support Executive

Job Specifications:

FUNCTIONAL/ OPERATIONAL:

- Provide Technical support to BPM and DMS users (24x7).
- Implementation & Configuration of scanning solutions at Customers end.
- Daily Application and Database server health checkup.
- Monitoring of regular backup and log shipping mechanism for DR replication.
- Deployment of application Hot fixes and patches.
- Coordination with database vendor and network/hardware team.
- Coordination with software vendor for complex technical queries.
- Sending daily, weekly & monthly reports to Client and Business users.
- Monitoring of application & windows depended services.
- Monitoring of regular file upload into third party application.
- Designing and development of support manuals and documents.
- Monitoring of BPM processes at a regular intervals.
- Team Management.


TEAM RELATED:

Responsible for communications in a timely manner to direct reports and team members

QUALIFICATION (Education):
- Graduate or equivalent.
- Certification on BPM /DMS products. (preferred)
- Master in Computer application (MCA) or equivalent.

DESIRED YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:

2.5 to 3 years of relevant experience

DESIRED INDUSTRY EXPOSURE:

BPM and DMS implementation and support.

DESIRED ROLE EXPOSURE:

Sr. Technical support engineer.


SKILLS:

- Experience in Newgen/other BPM & DMS Application.
- Technical knowledge of MS-Windows, MS SQL Server and fundamental concepts of SQL databases.
- Knowledge of Middleware application i.e. IBM Websphere /Weblogic/Jboss /Apache Tomcat etc.
- Exceptional customer service skills with expertise in troubleshooting and solving complex problems
- Understanding of business data requirements
