POSITION / JOB TITLE : Sr. Developer (Grade: Asst Mgr/Manager)
PROCESS / DEPARTMENT: Analytics

FUNCTIONAL/ OPERATIONAL:

The person will be responsible to build Predictive Analytics products for The Company’s Customers. We are looking for highly motivated and qualified software engineer to be a part of The Company group.  You will be involved in building up high-performance, reliable platform products, and deploying them to enable predictive capabilities for businesses. You will work closely with Product Management, Client Management & Analytics teams for defining and designing the product.

Primary Responsibilities:

Æ  Responsible for the development of data analytical software systems (web & windows).

Æ  Works with customers, business analysts, and team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions.

Æ  Participates in the full systems life cycle with solution design, development, Implementation and production support.

Æ  Maintain program documentation

Æ  Perform troubleshooting in all developed and procured applications (web & windows)

Æ  Develops code as per the coding standards

Æ  Peer code review

Æ  Must have excellent communication and analytical skills, and an ability to think out-of-the-box

Æ  Responsible for communications in a timely manner to direct reports and team members

DESIRED YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 

Minimum 5 yrs relevant experience in: 

- Hands on experience in UI interface designing and BI presentation layer is mandatory

-  Microsoft Silverlight, VB .Net, C# .Net, ASP .NET, .Net Framework 2.0/3.5/4.0, MS SQL Server

2000/2005.

-  Reporting Frameworks (SSRS etc)

- Good knowledge in design and development of databases (SQL Server 2000/2005/2008, PLSQL, MS Access) 

-  Knowledge of SSAS and SSIS is a plus

- Microsoft Silverlight, VB .Net, C# .Net, ASP .NET, .Net Framework 2.0/3.5/4.0, MS SQL Server 2000/2005.

- Reporting Frameworks (SSRS etc)
