Marketing - Conferences, Exhibitions etc. They’re looking at competent
candidature for a Manager – Sales position wherein the candidate would be
driving a revenue role, connecting with corporate clients & businesses
& bringing them to the company for fulfilment. Since this is a Start-up,
there are ample opportunities for expansive growth & learning. We’re
looking at an individual who has an entrepreneurial bent of mind when it comes
to learning & delivering on aggressive business plans & revenue
accountability, slowly turning into a man management role, even.
1)
Responsible for driving new business development and deepening the business
from existing accounts
2) Ensuring
that business targets for specified region are met
3) Strategic
planning, manpower & research allocation, competition mapping & market
mapping for the region
4)
Management Reporting and Communication
5) Manpower
planning, territory allocation and recruitments for the region
Skill Sets:
1) High end selling & marketing
abilities.
2) High Persuasiveness & Knowledge
of technicalities of services being marketed.
3) Working knowledge of MS Office – MS
Word, Excel, Power point.
4) Knowledge of MS Access/SQL will be
preferred.
Basic Qualifications:
1) An MBA
(Marketing) with domain expertise in Direct Marketing Concept Selling.
2) Excellent
business communication and presentation skills.
3) Must
possess strong business/corporate knowledge. External awareness and informed of
Corporate affairs, would be preferred.
4)
Structured thinking would be an added advantage.
5) Go-getter
attitude with a proven ability to work hard.
Work Timings:
1) Weekdays
(Monday – Friday) – 9:30AM – 6PM
2) Weekend
(Saturday): 9:30AM – 3PM
3) Candidate
must be open to work flexible hours at times to meet the deadlines as &
when required.
