Officer - OD Opening, Reputed Mumbai Market Leader Client.

Location:Malad (West)



Work Days: Monday to Friday (5 day workweek), Saturday & Sundays off.



Work Timings: General office timings 11 am to 7/8 pm

Opening:



Officer – OD (Organizational Development) [Pls do not go by the designation, the hiring company’s Officer designation is equivalent of Sr Officer/Asst Manager outside)



Ctc on offer: Upto 5 lacs p.a [depending on grade & experience]



Position Requirements:



Managing OD activities – Performance Management System (PMS), Organization Design, Career Progression initiatives (IJPs) and higher education schemes.



a) Create awareness on PMS  [Performance Management Systems]

b) Ensure timely completion of the appraisal process

c) Manage various documents related to PMS, confirmations, etc

d) Ensure updation of the documents on the company intranet as and when any changes are done

e) Facilitate Internal Job postings (IJPs) from start to end ie requirement gathering-execution of selection rounds-selection of a suitable candidate

f) Manage various trackers related to PMS, confirmations, IJPs etc

g) Analyze trends basis the trackers and present the same to the HOD

h) Create/update organization charts as and when required

i) Ensure all Job Descriptions are updated on regular basis

j) Resolve queries as may arise from stakeholders

k) Ensure audits are done on all completed reports and action plans drawn up

l) Create awareness on higher education schemes and manage the process end to end

m) Work on any special project that the department may take up from time to time

n) Conduct PMS training for performance champions



Information Security



a) Adhering to Information Security Policies and Procedures of the company.

b) Ensuring compliance to Information Security Policies and Procedures



Specific Security Responsibilities:



a) Ensure reportees (if applicable) comply with the security policy and procedure of the company.

b) Understand and Comply with Information Security Policies and Procedures, and report all security incidents.

c) Ensure the audit non-compliances are fixed within the stipulated timelines.

d) Follow the information labeling and handling procedures based on the classification level of the asset.

f) Follow the Clear Screen and Clear Desk Policy.

g) Adhere to the Internet Code of Conduct, email usage policy and customer information and data security policy.

h) Comply with the Non Disclosure Agreement.



Qualifications:  Graduation Mandatory, PG Degree or MBA preferable in HR. Exposure to OD Related activities in an organization.



Desired Industry Exposure:  Retail/Diversified Conglomerates/BPO/ IT / ITES



Other Imp Pre-requisites:



•Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously

•Commitment to quality, Comprehension, Composition and Problem solving skills

•Interpersonal sensitivity and responsiveness to colleagues & team mates

•Ability to communicate with senior management
