Assistant Manager - L & D (Behavioural Training Expert) opening, Mumbai location

Location: Malad (West)

Work Days: Monday to Friday (5 day workweek), Saturday & Sundays off.

Work Timings: General office timings 11 am to 7/8 pm

Opening:
Opening: Assistant Manager – L & D (Behavioural Training Expert)

Ctc on offer: Upto 8 lacs p.a [depending on grade & experience]

Position Requirements:

1)      Deliver modules for Advisors/ Team Leaders and manage the specific program that is assigned (end to end).
2)      Draw up curriculum, prepare content for the various programs
3)      Develop plan of action/ training guide for every module
4)      Facilitate all modules rolled out to those in grades  - E 1 & E2
5)      Ensure adequate nomination in each session
6)      Create visibility and awareness for various programs launched from time to time.
7)      Maintain MIS for the programs facilitated by L & D and prepare reports on a monthly/ quarterly basis.
8)      Create and work with SPOCs across process to ensure awareness/ visibility/ smooth running of the program
9)      Assist in research for various L & D programs
10)   Follow up on personal action plans for various L & D programs
11)   Co facilitate focus groups carried out from time to time
12)   Co ordinate and help out during assessment centres

Specific Security Responsibilities:

a) Ensure reportees (if applicable) comply with the security policy and procedure of the company
b) Understand and Comply with Information Security Policies and Procedures, and report all security incidents.
c Ensure the audit non-compliances are fixed within the stipulated timelines.
d) Protect information entrusted to you.      
e ) Follow the information labelling and handling procedures based on the classification level of the asset.
f) Follow the Clear Screen and Clear Desk Policy.
g) Adhere to the Internet Code of Conduct, email usage policy and customer information and data security policy.
h) Comply with the Non Disclosure Agreement.

•Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
•Commitment to quality, Comprehension, Composition and Problem solving skills
•Interpersonal sensitivity and responsiveness to colleagues & team mates
•Ability to communicate with senior management

QualificationsGraduate in any discipline. Psychology / English Literature preferred. PG/MBA in HR preferred. Exposure to Behavioural Training activities in an organization, end to end. We’re not looking for Voice & Accent Trainers or Process Trainers. Strictly Soft Skills within Behavioural Training.
