a)    Asst. Manager - Finance & Tax - Mumbai 



He/ she should preferably be a qualified resource with 1-2 years of tax experience. (Post CA experience).
The person should have good communication skills and inter-personal skills  
The person should have expert knowledge and hands on experience on WHT/ Service Tax matters.
The person should have a multinational company background and should have experience of handling huge volumes of data.
The person should have reasonable drafting skills and should be capable of representing the company in the Tax office, on routine matters.
He should have relevant experience and reasonable knowledge about Transfer Pricing, Assessment/Appellate Procedures, International Taxation, VAT/Service Tax Provisions and Tax compliances in India.
The person should be a good accountant and should have excellent spreadsheet skills.
The person should possess excellent follow up and relationship management skills. He should possess the spirit of continuous learning and should be reasonably updated on the latest developments in the fields of Finance, Accounts and Taxation.
