Title/Designation: Senior Analyst (Mumbai)

Responsibilities  

The specific responsibilities of the Senior Analyst role involve the following:

• Review and analyze documents in large corpora (a large and structured set of texts ) to assess relevancy vis-à-vis project requirements
• Rapid synthesis and understanding of unfamiliar subject matter areas
• Identifying key content using 3rd party and proprietary Information Retrieval (IR)/search software
• Proactive identification and elaboration of key trends and risks related to projects
• Timely and comprehensive communication and documentation of findings and proposals
• Active contribution to planning, efficiency, and quality control related tasks/initiatives
• Active involvement in solution and workflow design based on project requirements 

This is a fast-paced, rewarding role with a steep learning curve, where senior analysts are expected to deliver quality results on a wide variety of project environments, all the while updating their skills and developing their leadership acumen.

• A Bachelors degree at minimum or a post graduate degree

Knowledge & Experience

• 6+ years experience (preferred in applying research and analysis skills in developing business solutions)
• Relevant post-graduate work and research can apply to baseline work experience requirement
• Strong exposure to ITES and a fast paced work environment
