Assistant Manager – Organization Development

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES:
FUNCTIONAL/ OPERATIONAL:

§  Complete on-boarding* formalities for Officer and AM level new joinees in support functions.
§  Coordinate for induction* of Manager and above level employees.
§  Coordinate for induction of new joinees from overseas  coming to Mumbai.
§  Maintain induction trackers and induction feedback trackers.
§  Consolidate org charts across locations.
§  Support in Employee Engagement* Survey roll out, communication and report generation.
§  Provide support in organizing Focus Group Sessions and collation of suggestions / action points from Employee Engagement Survey.
§  Provide support in articulating Job Descriptions and validating them at a set frequency.
§  Conduct exit interviews* of members in Executive levels in support functions.
§  Consolidate exit interview trackers and conduct analysis.

§  Provide support in all OD activities.
§  Provide support for induction of Manager & above level joinees in other locations.
QUALIFICATION (Education):
Graduate
Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent degree - Preferred
DESIRED YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:
1-3 years
DESIRED INDUSTRY EXPOSURE:

DESIRED ROLE EXPOSURE:
Exposure to HR activities in  an organization
