Job Title: Sales Director, Revenue Cycle Management - Healthcare RCM KPO
Ctc on offer: 20 to 25 lacs + Incentives & Commissions
Location of job: Airoli, Navi Mumbai

Position Overview:
We’re looking for someone with strong expertise & experience with a good brand name consulting firm, preferably in some healthcare advisory, but even otherwise is ok in business feasibility, providing financially viable profit oriented solutions to the Hiring Company’s clients in the US. The Solutions Manager will work closely with the Sales, Solutions and Operations teams to design, plan and set up large and complex customer engagements. The Solutions Manager has the responsibility to develop such complex outsourcing solutions that meet customer requirements and are also technically feasible, operationally efficient, financially attractive, and that the customer will be willing to buy. This is a critical function, since each customer engagement has huge financial consequences, and success or failure in this function could lead to huge financial success or poor profitability, even leading to termination of contract or loss of reputation.

·      sophisticated IT systems for delivery and analytics
·      highly customized to specific customer requirements

The hiring company is a leading provider of revenue management solutions for healthcare providers. Through their integrated suite of revenue management solutions, it has created market leading capability to help transform large Ambulatory service providers to take advantage of the structural changes in the healthcare industry and prepare for the reimbursement challenges. It has successfully helped healthcare providers to increase top line, bend the cost curve and access to a single integrated view of information and business performance. With over 1500 strong associates, it has grown exponentially over the last 5 years.  It is now embarking on the next phase of growth and has an excellent sales leadership position in US.  The work environment is fast paced, highly rewarding, and provides the candidate with a unique opportunity to be part of the sales leadership team to drive the next phase of growth for the company.

This role will lead the new business development efforts of the company’s Revenue cycle management services in US. This will be initially India based role, travelling to US as required and eventually relocating to US after 1 year as per company policies. The candidate will also represent the company in key industry events in US to present specific thought leadership topics.

 Key responsibilities include :

Develop new client relationships in the healthcare Ambulatory service providers space. Drive and lead new customer relationships into multi- million dollar engagements.
Successfully lead cross-functional team members through complex sales cycles.
Create, manage and operate a funnel of leads and opportunities.
Achieve targeted sales numbers and follow company sales methodology and process for qualifying and closing new businesses.

The successful candidates should possess:
·         Demonstrated record of leadership and market presence, preferably with large consulting firms, and outsourcing companies in the healthcare sector.
·         Experience in software companies managing large integrated deals with multi-year relationships will also be considered.
·         Demonstrated capability in new business development & managing end-to-end sales process. Ability to lead & motivate a team to achieve the sales goals.
·         Experience doing requirement analysis, implementing & managing EHR, EMR projects and end user training. Experience in hospital operations is an added advantage.
·         Ability to work autonomously, manage complex negotiations & Consultative Sales experience to identify and pursue opportunities directed at CXOs and key decision-makers. Ability to discuss business issues from both big picture and immediate day-to-day and use this to articulate proposition, solution & partnership plan.
·         Extremely high energy team player with a burning desire to succeed in fast paced environment and rapidly evolving market.
·         High degree of integrity , work ethic and analytical abilities
·         Track record of achieving multi-million dollar quotas consistently.

Desired  Experience & Qualifications:
·      Medical Physician with background in healthcare IT systems, Revenue cycle and clinical analytics.
·      Strong personal communication and presentation skills. Ability to quickly build confidence & credibility with prospects, customers and internal team members. Provide customer strategy & insights to solution and operations team.
·      At least 3- 5 years of experience in consulting, outsourcing, software services in healthcare sector.
·      Geography exposure in US or UK in client engagement and sales.
·      MBBS + MBA from leading institutions.
