Assistant Manager - Learning & Development (Experienced candidates ONLY), Mumbai Location

Designation: Assistant Manager – Learning & Development (Behavioural Training Expert)

Job Profile:

Deliver modules for advisors/ Team Leaders and manage the specific programs that are assigned (end to end training delivery).
Draw up curriculum, prepare content & modules for the various training program deliveries
Develop plan of action/ training guide for every module
Facilitate all modules rolled out to those in grades  - E 1 & E2
Ensure adequate nomination in each session
Create visibility and awareness for various programs launched from time to time.
Maintain MIS for the programs facilitated by the  L & D dept and prepare reports on a monthly/ quarterly basis.
Create and work with SPOCs across processes to ensure awareness/ visibility/ smooth running of the training programs.
Assist in research for various L & D programs
Follow up on personal action plans for various L & D programs
Co facilitate focus groups carried out from time to time
Co ordinate and help out during assessment centres.
Looking for: A smart, talented & most importantly experienced candidate who has a minimum of 2-4 years of experience with a mid to large sized firm in Training delivery, understands all training concepts, can deliver training both as part of a team & individually. Should have very strong communication skills (English), both spoken & written. Freshers or people with lesser experience will not be considered.

Qualifications Required:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Post graduation in Human Resources / Psychology / Social Work is desirable

Other Experience Required:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good facilitation skills, previous experience of delivering classroom training
- Conceptual & content development skills
- MS Office – PowerPoint, Excel, Word

Minimum number of years of experience:

2 to 4 years in training, particularly having delivered class room training manage the training process.

Nature of experience: (In specific sector / position / role)

At least 2+ years in Retail/ BPO/IT/ Educational Services e.t.c

Ctc on offer: Upto  6.50 Lacs p.a
