Industry:  BPO/ITES – International geographies only.

Locations: Malad (w), Mumbai

Salary:  4 to 5.50 lacs p.a

Experience:  2 to 4 years of experience in Lead Generation/Sales/Cold Calling/Business Development for International Geographies with a BPO/KPO/IT/ITES firm.

Qualifications:  Graduation mandatory & preferably also  a MBA/ PGDBM in Marketing from a reputed Institute.

Desired Role Exposure: Promote company’s business to prospective clients; Represent the organization in key external business relationships with major clients and joint venture partners; Assist the sales force in front-ending clients by telecalling in U.S and U.K timings; Study and understand the International market for BPO Services; Documentation of collaterals, solution development; respond to proposals and information requests.

Job Specifications:

• Independently work on generating leads

•  Assist the sales team in approaching prospective clients and generate business by doing background work on client information

• Generate new leads and conducting prospect research

•  Identify client business needs and business challenges.

• Aggressively push the capabilities, credentials and project methodologies of the company to ensure results.
