Salary: 4 to 7 lacs p.a
Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in formulating
RFI/RFP responses to bids & requests for bids with mid/large sized organizations.
Qualifications:
Preferably a MBA/ PGDBM in Sales and
Marketing from a reputed Institute, Exposure to Sales strategy and negotiation
courses is preferred.
Desired Role
Exposure: Pre-sales/Account management; Prior
Sales & client servicing experience is preferred; Experience in selling to
multiple levels within an organization will be an advantage; Exposure to
International clientele/corporate business development would be beneficial.
Job
Specifications:
•
Responding to RFPs (Request For Proposal) and
RFIs (Request For Information)
•
Independently work with the onsite sales team on
response to RFIs/ RFPs, presentations, due diligences etc.
•
Understand client requirements and conceptualize
solutions to meet them effectively
•
Make Client specific sales presentations to
prospective clients
•
Conducting business process design workshops
with clients
•
Perform detailed analysis of business/client
processes and requirements
•
Develop and define business requirements,
workflow design, processing mapping, functional specifications, gap analyses,
and use cases
•
Work with Sales, Operations and Cross Functional
teams to design solution framework
•
Design client specific solution documents/
presentations detailing solution & transition models aligned to client
requirements
•
Guide the Content Development team in
effectively incorporating the solution framework into the final proposal.
•
Ensure that the solution framework is properly
integrated, compliant, and tells a compelling/discriminating story in the final
proposal.
•
Develop a WINNING proposal narrative/ E-summary
independently
•
Approve and sign-off on the final proof-read
document
•
Work with Content Development team to ideate and
conceptualize the layout/graphics/presentations of all submissions.
•
Present solution to clients.
•
Participate in BAFO meetings
•
Responding to RFPs and RFIs; content development
for proposals; coordinate with front-end sales team; regular research on
competitor activities and BPO industry; revert to client queries
•
Conduct regular research on new opportunities
for generating business
•
Coordinate with the US and UK Sales Team
•
Respond to queries received from front end sales
team
•
Ensure timely completion of tasks specified by
US/ UK sales team
•
Build strong working relationships with all
departments/ functions within the organisation
•
Ensure collection and availability of data/
information is done within specified timelines
•
To have clear understanding of the functioning
and hierarchy of each department
•
To be well acquainted with processes,
operations, strategy & financials of the company
•
Responsible for Content development for
proposals
•
Participate in workshops/ pre-sales efforts
onsite as and when required
•
Assist the sales team in approaching prospective
clients and generate business by doing background work on client information
•
Generate new leads and conducting prospect
research
•
Identify client business needs and business
challenges, forecast requirements, and work on proposals for customized
business solutions
•
Aggressively push the capabilities, credentials
and project methodologies of Intelenet Global Services
•
Coordinate with the management team at Indian
operations and ensure required information for the project is sent to the
client
•
Support Sales & Marketing initiatives by
ensuring pipeline at all levels of the sales cycle, and across verticals
•
Collect & collate information from required
sources for initiating new proposals and ensure adherence to timelines
•
Assist in maintaining and developing existing
and new customers through appropriate propositions, ethical sales methods, and
relevant internal liaison and
optimize quality of service, business growth and customer satisfaction.
•
Monitor market and competitor activities and
provide relevant reports and information
•
Responsible for complete sign-off with the
front-end sales team on all documents to be sent to the client
•
Adherence to norms specified by COPC
certification and ISO 27001 specifications
