Recruitment Co-ordinator (Mid & Senior Level Recruitment), Mumbai Suburbs


Designation: Talent Acquisition (Recruitment) Co-ordinator (Mid & Senior Level Recruitment)
Work Type: On external payrolls, if candidate is good, will be absorbed on Company payrolls, on company discretion. 
Work Location: Malad (w), Mumbai
Work Days: Monday till Friday, Sat Sundays offs.
Work Timings: 10 am till 7 pm

Job Profile:
  • Being an integral part of the end to end lateral (middle & senior level) recruitment process.
  • Recruitment co-ordination starting from pre-interview employee checks on job sites & other online portals like Linkedin, etc to arranging interview slots for the shortlisted candidates/applicants, to liasoning among departments & getting the right people to conduct these interviews to arranging for post interview feedback & followups.
  • Being a sole point of contact between vendors & the company HR team, ensuring completion of recruitment targets, within closure deadlines.
  • Should be very handson with jobsites & other professional networking websites.
  • One very important factor being excellent written & flawless spoken English communication. Should have the diplomacy, tact & impeccable manner to communicate with both company senior level executives as well as recruitment vendors  who service the company recruitment requirements. Candidates with casual tone of communication or improper grammar & pronunciation will be rejected. So pl ensure on a scale of 1 to 10, your spoken/written communication is atleast an 8 on 10.
  •  1-2 years of experience in recruiting for the BPO industry is a must, in either a BPO or in an HR  Consultancy firm.
  •  
  • Co-ordinate with recruitment agencies; Source and screen resumes; Conduct preliminary HR interviews; Negotiate salaries and prepare offer letters to candidates selected; Document and maintain records in the database.
  • Prepare a pool of readily available resources for the organization.
  • Ensure cost of hiring is within budgets specified by HR. and adherence to the sourcing mix to achieve the same.
  • Screen resumes for adherence to specifications from Operations.
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs pre-decided with Operations.
  • Build strong ties with external agencies namely, candidates, recruitment firms and consultants so as to uphold a positive brand image for the company.
  • Be updated about market trends in resourcing, recruitment strategies adopted by competitors and accordingly plan adequate approaches.
  • Act as a link between HR MIS and consultant for payments as well as drawing up of initial contracts for new consultant tie-ups and finalize SLAs 
  • Act as a link between Finance department and the consultants to ensure on-time payments and be well aware of the payment cycle and other payment related procedures.
  • Source resumes via the job sites, internal references, advertisements networking etc.
  • Ensure that the Employee referral scheme is properly communicated to employees
  • Co-ordinate with the Operations panel members and schedule interviews for candidates (telephonic and personal interviews).
  • Discuss with candidates’ details about the job profile, current and expected salary, growth prospects etc.
  • Prepare and issue offer-letters for candidates who are selected.
  • To be updated on HR Policies and Procedures to convey the same to new hires.
  • To have clear understanding of the functioning and hierarchy of each department.
  • General Security Responsibilities:
  • Adhering to Information Security Policies and Procedures of the company.
  • Ensuring compliance to Information Security Policies and Procedures
  • Specific Security Responsibilities:
  • Ensure reportees (if applicable) comply with the security policy and procedure of the company.
  • Understand and Comply with Information Security Policies and Procedures, and report all security incidents.
  • Ensure the audit non-compliances are fixed within the stipulated timelines.
  • Protect information entrusted to you.       
  • Follow the information labelling and handling procedures based on the classification level of the asset.
  • Follow the Clear Screen and Clear Desk Policy.
  • Adhere to the Internet Code of Conduct, email usage policy and customer information and data security policy. 
  • Comply with the Non Disclosure Agreement.
Other requirements:

Candidate needs to preferably be a Post Graduate or MBA, living in the Western Suburbs preferably.
